Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Kolkata. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering architectural projects with a focus on innovation and sustainable design. Key responsibilities include creating architectural designs, managing project timelines, ensuring efficient integration across various disciplines, and collaborating with internal teams. The Architect will also engage with developers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design concepts and practices
• Experience in Project Management, including handling timelines and resource coordination
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools and processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and an understanding of real estate development dynamics
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related fields
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects preferred
