The Role :

We, at Aliens are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Architect as part of our team with

strong professional experience in all aspects of designing, drafting, working on residential

projects, landscape designing, planning, budgeting, and execution for interior design projects.

The incumbent will be responsible for creating a project plan that includes detailed layouts,

technical models and drawings, and estimates for time, cost, materials, and equipment.

S/he will be required to consult with the client regarding their available space, needs, and style

preferences and monitor progress for all aspects of the project and ensure efficient, accurate,

and cost-effective implementation of the project plan. The incumbent would work in a highpaced team environment with multiple team members. S/he would be based in Hyderabad and

would report to the Interiors-Head.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for creating natural and built environments that are aesthetically pleasing as well

as practical.

2. Responsible for delivering best in class architect designs and execute the same aesthetically.

3. Responsible for coordinating and liaising with appropriate stakeholders for efficient delivery

of designs.

4. Well versed with compliances and ensure effective budgeting while conceptualizing and

delivering their designs.

Candidate Profile :

Specifically, the candidate should have:

1. B.Arch degree in Architect Design or similar from NIRF ranked institute/ stellar academic

record (Tier I / II).

2. Theoretical and professional working experience in architectural drawing, quantity

estimation, concept design.

3. Technical skills and the ability to use design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion,

• V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc. would be an added advantage
