Architect

The Architect will contribute to the design and execution of architectural projects from initial concept to final completion.

This position entails close collaboration with senior architects and project teams to develop drawings, plans, models, and presentations, while ensuring adherence to building codes and regulatory standards

Role & responsibilities

• Design residential and commercial buildings as per prevailing govt regulations.
• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Support senior architects in the design and development of projects.
• Help create 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to collect necessary data for project planning.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants, business development team with regards to projects on approvals.
• Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Participate in design meetings and collaborate with consultants, engineers, and contractors.
• Assist with documentation for permit applications and construction.
• Maintain project files and organize technical documentation.
• Prepare working drawings and sales drawings during construction stage.
• Act as a key mediator between the outsourced agency and team of design architects to seek updates, present drafts and incorporate feedback.
