ARCHITECT | 4-8 years | High-Rise Residential Project| Real Estate Developer | Thane, Maharashtra

Responsibilities [Candidates must be wiling to travel to Ghodbunder Road, Thane-West]

• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 4+ years of experience in construction and architecture with working knowledge of UDCPR / DCPR/ MCGM
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Good exposure to luxury finishes, high quality detailing, high‑rise residential or villa projects.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch.), Master's is a plus.
• Proficiency in design & technical tools: AutoCAD, Revit / BIM, 3D visualization software, rendering tools.
• Strong understanding of applicable building codes, local municipal regulations (Thane / Mumbai region), approvals and NOCs (e.g. MCGM, RERA).
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices / green building rating systems is desirable.
• Candidates from in and around Thane region is preferred.
• Salary Budget max up to 12 Lakhs per annum.
• Working days: Monday to Saturday.
