Job Descriptions

B Arch Graduate (passed out, ready to join immediate) min. 70% score, CGPA min. 7.5. Interested to work on various interesting Building Design and applications . Willing to learn and keen to explore multi discipline design aspects.

Goodunderstanding and ability to read architectural/technical drawings

Working with a team of engineers, architects and designers

Working from concept to design development of designs

Coordinate internally and get inputs from senior members for the preparation of designs

Prepare quick 3d model for concept, and design developments.

Prepare sketches with inputs from others, and compile them in a report

Skills and Capabilities

B. Arch Passed out with min. 80% CGPA

3d design knowledge and having working knowledge in software such as Revit, Rhino, etc,.

Interested in Building architecture, materials, construction techniques

Good in hand sketching, illustration, presentation and report preparations

Ability to work in a given timeframe, goodunderstanding and ability to communicate within the design

• Willing to relocate to Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai
