Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be involved in building design, preparation of working drawings, AutoCAD drafting, and coordination for residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural designs and detailed working drawings for residential projects.

Develop building plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.

Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD.

Assist in the design and development of residential buildings, bungalows, and row houses.

Work on interior fit-out drawings and design requirements.

Understand client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.

Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and other services drawings.

Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and meet project requirements.

Participate in design discussions and provide creative design inputs.

Assist with site-related architectural requirements and drawing revisions.

Maintain proper documentation and updated drawing sets.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of building design and planning.

Good design sense and creativity.

Ability to prepare accurate working drawings and architectural details.

Understanding of residential building construction and materials.

Knowledge of bungalow, row house, and residential building design.

Basic understanding of interior fit-out requirements.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Qualification

B.Arch

Ideal Candidate

Fresher to 2 years of relevant architectural experience.

Freshers having good knowledge of AutoCAD, a strong sense of design, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with internship experience in architectural projects will be preferred.

Candidates with a good design portfolio will have an added advantage.
