Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at Archinoids Studio of Architecture & Planning located in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for architectural & interior design-drawing, project management, and overall aspect of project implementation.

Since this is hybrid role so the mode of operations will be based on the client & site needs . As & when need arrives one needs to be make themselves available for the meetings & site visits .

Qualifications

• B.Arch

Technical Skill Sets

1. Visualization - Sketchup / Lumion / 3dsMax or any other medium which the candidate is at Pro Level
2. Conceptualization - Hand Sketches / Photoshop / Corel Draw or any other way to explain
3. Drawings - AutoCAD / Revit for Tendering as well as GFC's
4. Presentations - Powerpoint / Canva / Any other digital medium
5. Specifications & Economics - Excel / G-Docs or any other digital format
6. Project Management - Excel / MSP / Instagantt / Aasana or any other digital format

Soft Skill Sets

1. Self Motivated with time management skills
2. Lead as well as being lead , should be able to take onus of the situation
3. Result Oriented
4. Soft Spoken with Strong techno-commercial communication skills
5. Since English will be a major mode of communication with client hence strong grip over the language is desired .
6. Driving for shuttling b/w sites & meeting venues .

More about the role

Candidate should expect that the exposure shall be from all the straits of the socio pyramid.

Interacting with the project stack holders - Clients / Consultants / Contractors & Internal Team.

With complete spectrum of the stack holders , all deliverables shall be the responsibility of the designer to advice/commit a suitable time frame in such a fashion that it assist in a project progress rather than becoming a bottle neck . While this is hybrid work arrangements , as per project need meetings are to be attended in person at Office , Client Place , Site or any other location.

Project Deliverables for all the stages has to be self managed and delivered.
