Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer responsible for developing innovative design concepts and delivering complete design solutions from concept to execution. The candidate should be capable of translating client requirements into functional and aesthetically appealing spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop creative design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and sectional drawings.
- Produce high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings.
- Prepare detailed working drawings for execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams for smooth project implementation.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor elements.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct site visits to ensure proper execution as per drawings.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Required Skills:- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray / Coohom (or similar rendering software)
- Knowledge of space planning and material selection
- Strong visualization and presentation skills
- Good understanding of construction details and working drawings
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture Design
- 13 years of relevant experience
