Archer GRC Developer

We are seeking an experienced Archer GRC Developer to design and implement robust Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and configuring the RSA Archer platform, creating applications, dashboards, and workflows to meet business and security requirements. This role requires deep expertise in Archer development and a strong understanding of GRC frameworks and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and configure RSA Archer GRC solutions to align with business and security requirements.
• Design and implement Archer applications, dashboards, data feeds, reports, and workflows.
• Work with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the Archer framework.
• Perform system administration, application upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal Archer performance.
• Develop and maintain Archer Data Feeds, Access Control, Notifications, and Advanced Workflow Solutions.
• Integrate RSA Archer with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, data feeds, and connectors.
• Implement best practices for GRC frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and SOX.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for Archer application issues.
• Maintain documentation, including design specifications, system configurations, and user guides.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in the RSA Archer 6.x platform (Applications, Workflows, Dashboards, Data Feeds, and Notifications).
• Experience in developing Archer ODA (On-Demand Applications), Custom Objects, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience in Archer Data Import/Export and integrations with external systems.
• Good understanding of GRC frameworks, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, and IT Security processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of SAML, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and automation within RSA Archer.
• RSA Archer Certified Professional (ACP) or Certified Administrator is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud-based Archer implementations (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
