Key responsibilities :
- Validate 11.5 + UN7 data/workflow parity vs 11.1 + UN6 (counts, attributes/domains/subtypes, key outputs)
- Execute and troubleshoot UN workflows: enable/validate topology, validate topology/errors, subnetwork builds/updates
- Rehearse upgrade procedures: export/apply asset package in staging, verify repeatability
- Triage and support remediation of upgrade-driven issues (schema/topology/subnetwork/data)
- Produce test evidence + readiness summary (risks, defects, mitigations, go/no-go input)
Required skills (must-have):
- ArcGISPro advanced user (editing, QA, geoprocessing, troubleshooting)
- Utility Network fundamentals + troubleshooting (schema, asset groups/types, associations, rules; dirty areas/error inspector; validate topology; subnetworks)
- Enterprise GDB + branch versioning working knowledge (services-based editing, dataset behaviors)
- Data validation + reporting automation (design repeatable test cases/baselines; produce automated validation reports using Python/ArcPy or equivalent tooling)
Preferred skills (nice-to-have):
Python / ArcPy depth (packaging reusable validators, report generation, repeatable automated validation checks)
FME familiarity to validate outputs
Experience creating runbooks/test packs and communicating findings to drive decisions
