ARC Senior Analyst

As an ARC Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting through the application of robust accounting policies and process improvements. You will demonstrate your analytical skills to support financial operations and maintain strong internal controls.

Job Responsibilities

• Apply and interpret accounting policies in line with regulatory standards
• Drive process improvements across accounting and reporting activities
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, and insights
• Support month-end close and financial reporting activities
• Strengthen and monitor internal controls and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business insights
• Leverage digital tools to enhance reporting and efficiency

What are we looking for

• Strong experience in Accounting, Reporting & Controlling (ARC)
• Expertise in financial reporting, accounting policies, and internal control frameworks
• Hands-on experience in month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliation
• Good understanding of direct tax, TDS (deduction, reconciliation, compliance), and GST (returns & reconciliation)
• Exposure to business process controls and process improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with ownership and manage multiple priorities
• Good stakeholder management with a customer-centric mindset
• Digital proficiency and comfort with data analysis and reporting tools
