We're Hiring: Patient Counsellor | Qi Spine Clinic

Qi Spine Clinic is India's leading chain of medical centers specializing in non-surgical treatment for back and neck pain. With 22 clinics across 5 cities, we are committed to delivering effective care and a smooth patient experience.

We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and patient-focused Patient Counsellor to guide individuals through their treatment journey and help them feel supported at every step.

Location : Phoenix Marketcity (Kurla) (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, assist, and comfort patients during clinic visits
• Clearly explain treatment plans, pricing, and recovery process in simple terms
• Understand patient concerns and coordinate effectively with doctors
• Support patients throughout their treatment journey to ensure adherence
• Handle queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Manage appointments and assist in daily clinic operations
• Maintain accurate patient records and counselling reports
• Contribute to treatment conversions and overall clinic growth

Requirements

• Graduate or HSC qualified
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service, counselling, or healthcare preferred
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Sales-oriented mindset with a strong patient-first approach
• Fluency in Arabic and Urdu is mandatory
• Willingness to work 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week

Training

• Mandatory 15-day training program (full attendance required)
