Role Description
This is a full-time role for an AR Collection Specialist on-site at EXL located in Gurugram. Day-to-day tasks include managing the accounts receivable and debt collection processes, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will be responsible for communicating with clients to ensure timely payments and resolving any issues related to outstanding debts. The role also involves analyzing account information to identify trends and opportunities for improving collection processes.
