We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of AR Calling in our Chennai office. This role involves reaching out to clients in US for accounts receivable follow-up and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to clients for accounts receivable follow-up
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and issues
• Document all interactions and updates in the system
• Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collection targets
• Prepare reports on call outcomes and client feedback

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable processes
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Note: Those who have excellent oral and written communication skills and willing to work in night shift only need to apply.

Work Location: Egmore, Chennai.

Sat and Sun fixed week off.
