Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site AR Caller role based in Bengaluru South. The AR Caller will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing medical claims, following up on unpaid or denied claims, resolving insurance-related queries, and ensuring timely collection of payments. The position involves consistent communication with healthcare providers and insurance representatives to address claim discrepancies, confirm payment statuses, and appeal denials where necessary. The role requires maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively to achieve revenue goals for the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in medical billing and understanding of claims management, insurance workflows, and reimbursement processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively coordinating with healthcare teams and insurance representatives.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify claim discrepancies and resolve denials effectively.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and codes is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with relevant billing software.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or AR calling in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- A positive attitude, an aptitude for learning, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
