Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Account Executive, located in Pune.

The Healthcare Account Executive will be responsible for to work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure their needs are met through SPRY's solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Claim Follow-up: Place outbound calls to insurance companies to check the status of unpaid or denied claims.

Denial Management: Work on claims that have been denied or rejected, identifying the reasons for the denial and working to resolve them.

Appeals: Prepare and submit appeal letters to insurance companies for denied claims.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all communications and actions taken on claims.

Compliance: Adhere to US healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and follow company policies.

Healthcare Billing & RCM: Strong understanding of the US healthcare revenue cycle and medical billing processes.

Medical Codes: Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT codes, and ICD codes.

Insurance Procedures.

Knowledge of various insurance policies and procedures for claims submission and follow-up.
