Location: Anywhere in India (WFH)
Work Mode: Work From Home (must be willing to work from office based on business requirements)
CTC: Up to 10.26 LPA
Experience: 8 10 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Job Role: AR Caller Team Lead (TL)
Key Requirements:
Minimum 810 years of experience in AR Calling
Mandatory L&D (Learning & Development) or Trainer experience
Strong experience in team handling and performance management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to mentor, train, and drive team productivity
Hands-on experience with US Healthcare AR processes
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage AR calling teams
Conduct training, coaching, and L&D sessions
Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics
Ensure timely collections and process compliance
Support business goals and operational excellence
