WE ARE HIRING | AR CALLER – US HEALTHCARE (VOICE PROCESS)

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our US Healthcare team.

Job Locations: Mumbai | Chennai | Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to 40,000 per month

Shift Timings:

• 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Transportation: Drop facility only

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates with 1+ year of voice-process experience can apply.
• Any undergraduate or graduate.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
• Follow up on outstanding and unpaid claims.
• Document claim denials and take appropriate follow-up actions.
• Work on accounts receivable and outstanding claims reports.
• Handle insurance follow-ups, patient calling, and provider outreach as per business requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily call logs and achieve assigned targets within client SLAs.
• Work collaboratively with team members and escalate issues to seniors promptly.
• Follow company policies, client guidelines, and information security standards.
