Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, particularly in the healthcare sector, and will be responsible for managing follow-ups, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Contact healthcare providers and patients for follow-up on accounts receivable.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and answer inquiries related to accounts.
• Document all interactions and updates in the billing system accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment of accounts.
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients and patients.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with billing software and healthcare regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
