Eligibility & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling
• Domain Experience: Must have experience in any one of the following:
• Physician Billing
• Hospital Billing
• Home Health Billing
• End-to-End Denials Knowledge: Mandatory
• Education: Degree mandatory
• English Communication: Fluent English communication skills required
• Age: Below 35 years
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred / required
• Relieving Letter: Not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end AR Calling for US Healthcare accounts
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims
• Analyze and work on denials, rejections, underpayments, and unpaid claims
• Perform effective claim follow-up and take appropriate action for resolution
• Communicate with insurance representatives to obtain claim status and payment information
• Maintain accurate follow-up notes and update claim/account status
• Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining strong process knowledge

Mandatory Skills

Minimum 1 year AR Calling experience

End-to-end denials knowledge

Physician / Hospital / Home Health billing experience

Degree qualification

Fluent English communication

Immediate joining

Currently residing in Chennai

Age below 35 years
