Shift: Night Shift (6.30pm to 3.30am)

Week off: Saturday & Sunday.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.

Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize write-offs and optimize revenue cycle management.

Collaboratewith internal teams such as patient access, insurance verification, andcoding to ensure accurate claims processing.

Provideexceptional customer service by responding promptly to customerinquiries and resolving concerns in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
