Designation: AR Caller / Senior AR Caller(Hospital Billing)

ONLY EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES. (Minimum 1year experience needed)

Shift: Night Shift (6.30pm to 3.30am)

Week off: Saturday & Sunday.

Package: Good Hike from previous package.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.

Knowledge in UB04 is must.

Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize write-offs and optimize revenue cycle management.

Collaborate with internal teams such as patient access, insurance verification, and coding to ensure accurate claims processing.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
