AR Caller : Revenue Cycle Management

Outpace Consulting Services is seeking experienced AR Callers for a leading ITES company, specializing in US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This role is crucial for managing accounts receivable for US healthcare providers, including physicians and hospitals. You'll focus on calling insurance companies to follow up on unpaid claims, handle denials and rejections, and make necessary claim corrections. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation, adhere to RCM guidelines, and contribute to achieving team goals for healthy AR levels and timely claim resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable Management: Handle accounts receivable for US healthcare providers (physicians/hospitals), including following up on unpaid claims by calling insurance carriers.
• Denial & Rejection Resolution: Effectively work on denials, rejections, and Letters of Appeal (LOAs) for accounts, making necessary corrections to claims.
• Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document all actions taken in claims billing summary notes and ensure deliverables adhere to client quality standards and RCM guidelines.
• Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team leader, review email updates, and strive to achieve team goals in maintaining AR levels and timely payment collections.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling within the medical billing field.
• Domain Knowledge: Good knowledge of RCM and Denial Management.
• Skills: Ability to handle accounts receivable for US Healthcare providers/physicians/hospitals; strong communication for calling insurance companies.
• Education: Any Graduate.
