Ar Caller - Night Shift

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AR Caller for the Night Shift in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or medical billing and will be responsible for managing patient accounts, communicating with insurance companies, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve patient accounts in a timely manner
• Communicate with insurance companies to follow up on claims
• Review and analyze accounts for accuracy and compliance
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist in the preparation of reports on account statuses
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and outcomes
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or medical billing
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and billing procedures
• Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with insurance policies and regulations
