Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Caller based in Mumbai. The AR Caller will be responsible for identifying and resolving billing issues, following up on outstanding claims with insurance companies, and ensuring timely reimbursement. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing patient accounts, contacting insurance providers for claim status updates or payment discrepancies, and documenting all interactions. The role requires excellent communication skills, adherence to processes, and the ability to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of insurance claims, denial management, and revenue cycle management processes
- Proficiency in handling billing software, electronic medical records (EMR), and navigating insurance websites
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with insurance companies
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve claim discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in an on-site setting
- Experience in the healthcare or medical billing industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or higher qualifications; certification in medical billing or coding is preferred
