Description

We are seeking an experienced AR Caller to join. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable management, particularly in the healthcare sector, and will be responsible for managing patient billing inquiries, following up on outstanding accounts, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve patient billing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Review and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims status and denials.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all communications and actions taken in the billing system.
• Generate and send monthly statements to patients as needed.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary information for billing purposes.
• Assist in payment posting and reconciliation of accounts.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1.5 years -4 years of experience in medical billing or accounts receivable management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing processes and insurance verification.
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
