We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Caller for our Home Health division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, communicating with patients and insurance providers, and ensuring timely resolution of billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on accounts receivable for home health services.
• Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Analyze patient accounts and identify discrepancies to improve collections.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients regarding billing inquiries and payment arrangements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or medical billing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding, particularly in home health.
• Proficiency in using billing software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
