Job Title: AR Caller / Accounts Receivable (Fresher)

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Shift Timings: Night Shift 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM

Work Mode: Work from Office

Transportation: Company-provided drop facility

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented freshers to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) domain and are comfortable working in night shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Communicate with US healthcare insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.

Identify, analyze, and resolve claim denials or payment discrepancies.

Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities.

Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize claim reimbursement.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.

Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: o HSC (12th Pass) OR

o Any Graduate who wants to start a career in the healthcare/BPO industry

Fresher's are welcome to apply.

Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts.

Primary Skills Required

Excellent fluency in verbal and written English.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Understanding of US healthcare or AR calling (not mandatory).

Customer handling or calling experience (added advantage).
