AR caller - Denials

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR caller - Denials at Sagility located in Hyderabad. The role involves handling day-to-day denial management tasks, communicating with insurance companies to resolve denials, identifying trends in denials, and working to reduce overall denial rates.

• Experience in denial management and AR calling
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management systems
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and regulations
• Certification in medical billing and coding is a plus
