Team Lead Experience: 7–8 Months On-Paper Mandatory
CTC: Up to 8 LPA
Shift: US Shift
Work Mode: Work from Office
Key Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in AR / US Healthcare RCM
• Minimum 7–8 months Team Lead experience on paper
• Strong knowledge of AR Follow-up, Denials & Claims
• Team handling, performance monitoring & SLA/KPI management
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
