Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller, based in Chennai. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing account receivables processes, handling denials and appeals, and effectively addressing client inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include working with insurance claims, ensuring payments are made accurately and timely, and maintaining professional communication with healthcare providers and insurance companies.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of experience in

  • AR calling, account receivables management, and handling insurance claims
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle denials and appeals
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, billing processes, and healthcare reimbursement is a plus
  • Proficiency in using office software and relevant tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or revenue cycle management domain is advantageous
