About the Role

We are looking for a technically proficient and customer-focused Aqua Sales Officer to drive the growth of our aquaculture business in Andhra Pradesh. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, relationship management, and business development to support customers and expand our market presence.

Your Responsibilities

·        Promote and sell Clover Organic's aquaculture solutions to shrimp farmers, dealers, distributors, and hatcheries.

·        Provide technical guidance on water quality, pond management, disease prevention, probiotics, and nutritional solutions.

·        Conduct farm visits, product demonstrations, and technical awareness programmes.

·        Develop new customers and strengthen dealer and distributor networks.

·        Foster long-term relationships with dealers and distributors.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

·        Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

·        Ensure timely order fulfilment, payment collection, and accurate sales reporting.

Qualification & Experience

·        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fisheries Science, Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or a related discipline.

·        2–5 years of experience in aquaculture sales, aqua probiotics, water treatment products, aqua feed, or allied industries.

·        Sound technical understanding of:

o   Prawn and shrimp farming

o   Water quality and pond management

o   Probiotics and microbial solutions

o   Disease prevention and biosecurity

o   Experience in dealer or distributor management will be an advantage.

KEY SKILLS

◦         Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

◦         Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

◦         Ability to provide practical technical solutions to customers.

◦         Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh.
