Aptitude Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability for UG and PG students.
• Design and deliver lectures, practice tests, and mock assessments aligned with current exam and placement patterns.
• Train students for campus recruitment drives, corporate assessments, and entrance examinations (CAT, GRE, GMAT, etc.).
• Develop and maintain course content, study materials, question banks, and assessment frameworks.
• Track and evaluate student performance, providing individual feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and ensure consistent progress in student learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to ensure training objectives and outcomes are met.
• Stay updated with latest exam patterns, question trends, and aptitude-solving techniques.
