Role Description As an Aptitude Trainer at FACE Prep, you will deliver high-quality in-person training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and related placement-focused topics. This full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam involves designing and delivering engaging classroom sessions, solving practice problems, and guiding learners through test-taking strategies for campus and off-campus recruitment exams. You will create or refine training materials, including presentations, worksheets, assessments, and mock tests, aligning them with current industry and placement trends. The role includes tracking learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and offering doubt-clearing sessions to ensure strong conceptual understanding. You will collaborate with academic and product teams to continuously improve course content and may be involved in occasional seminar talks, orientation sessions, or faculty development programs at partner institutions.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts into simple explanations.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and facilitate classroom training sessions, including lesson planning, time management, and learner engagement.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills, with confidence in addressing large student groups.
• Proficiency in creating and using digital teaching aids (slides, online test platforms, basic productivity tools such as MS Office or Google Workspace).
• Experience or strong interest in campus placement training, test prep, or coaching for aptitude-based assessments (e.g., company placement tests, competitive exams) is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field; a strong academic record in math-intensive subjects is a plus.
• Ability to work from the Vishakhapatnam location on-site, with flexibility to adapt to academic calendars, peak training periods, and occasional travel to partner campuses if required.
