This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Aptitude and Quantitative Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging sessions on aptitude and quantitative reasoning topics, tailoring content to students learning needs, and monitoring progress to ensure improved performance. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting practice sessions, resolving doubts, and staying updated on trends and methodologies in aptitude training. The candidate will collaborate with the educational team to deliver high-quality instruction and enhance the learning experience.

• Proficiency in topics such as quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and data analysis
• Strong teaching, mentoring, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt teaching styles for diverse learners
• Experience in creating course materials, practice sessions, quizzes, and assessments for aptitude training
• Familiarity with industry requirements for aptitude skills in competitive and placement exams
• Preferred qualifications include prior experience in training students for competitive exams or placement preparation
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial
