Arbor Academy is looking for a skilled Application Product Support Engineer (APSE) Trainer to prepare candidates for real-time Production Support roles in IT companies.

Position Details

Role: APSE Trainer

Mode: Hybrid (Pune)

Experience: 8+ Years (Mandatory)

Teaching/Training Experience is Mandatory

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide practical training with real-time industry knowledge. The candidate will train and guide students with hands-on learning and help them get ready for real work environments.

Mandatory Requirements

8+ Years of Industry Experience

Prior Teaching/Training Experience is Mandatory

Must be ready to deliver a Demo Session during the Interview Process

Strong Technical Skills:

Advanced SQL (Joins, Subqueries, Performance Basics)

Linux (Command Line, Server Basics, Log Monitoring)

Real-Time Experience In:

Production Support

Incident Management

Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow / JIRA or similar)

SLA & Escalation Handling

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured APSE training sessions

Conduct real-time project-based learning

Demonstrate live troubleshooting scenarios

Provide end-to-end project simulations

Project Expertise Required

You must be able to clearly explain:

Real-time production support projects

Application + Database + Server architecture flow

Complete ticket lifecycle (Raise Investigate Resolve Close)

Step-by-step log analysis

At least one full real-time project simulation

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Linux

Strong understanding of Databases (SQL/DB concepts)
