Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex Apptio incidents escalated from L1/L2 support teams.
• Support core Technology Business Management (TBM) modules, including:
• Budgeting
• Forecasting
• Costing
• Coordinate with internal and external third-party vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot:
• Data load failures
• ETL process issues
• Data mapping errors
• API-based data ingestion problems
• Support and enhance:
• Dashboards
• Reports
• KPI views
• Financial analytics
• Help business stakeholders understand financial reports and cost models.
• Maintain documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Known Error Database (KEDB).
• Monitor:
