Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced App Developer with strong expertise in AppSheet to build, support, and enhance low-code applications. The role involves workflow automation, application support, data analysis using SQL, and close collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams to improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
AppSheet Development & Support
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using AppSheet
- Build and optimize automated workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Handle support tickets and provide on-call support for AppSheet-related incidents
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow failures
Data Analysis & Troubleshooting
- Analyze application and operational data to identify issues and improvement opportunities
- Write complex SQL queries using Redshift and MySQL for reporting and analysis
- Investigate failures and perform root cause analysis
Automation & Process Improvement
- Identify manual or repetitive processes and recommend automation solutions
- Implement process enhancements using AppSheet automation and scripting
- Continuously improve application performance and usability
Customer & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with customers to gather requirements and implement enhancements
- Conduct demos and walkthroughs of AppSheet applications
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to deliver solutions
- Provide real-time operational insights to stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AppSheet development
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (or any other programming language)
- Experience with AWS Cloud services
- Hands-on experience with Redshift, MySQL (SQL Server is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling application support and production incidents
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and feature enhancements
