Apprenticeship Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist site engineers in day-to-day supervision of construction activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers at the site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Support quality checks of materials and workmanship as per specifications.
• Learn and assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.

Desired Profile:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (recent graduates or final-year students eligible under apprenticeship schemes).
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to field conditions.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, drawings, and site execution practices.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
