Apprenticeship- Project Management

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineering graduates to join our team as Project Management Apprentice. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager and gain hands-on exposure to on-site execution, planning, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Lead/Manager in supervising civil works and site activities
• Monitor daily progress and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Support planning and coordination of site activities, considering project timelines and dependencies
• Conduct quantity take-offs and assist in measurement of executed work based on drawings
• Prepare and maintain reports including weekly updates, look-ahead plans, and vendor trackers
• Assist in maintaining documentation such as joint measurement sheets and invoices
• Support the implementation and effective use of project management tools like Procore

Required Skills and competencies

• Strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site execution
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to learn new tools
• Strong communication and coordination abilities

Location: Gurgaon

Tenure: 12 Months

Stipend: 15000 per month

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: Fresher
