Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential projects, consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Develop understanding of Veiga products, systems, and solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and opportunity trackers.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and project requirements.
- Support participation in exhibitions, seminars, and customer events.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for technical clarifications.
- Support site surveys and customer requirement assessments when required.
Qualification & Experience
- Freshers - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn fire safety systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach.
Training & Development
The apprentice will receive structured training on:
- Fire detection and alarm systems
- Technical sales processes
- Customer relationship management
- Tendering and proposal preparation
- Industry standards and regulatory requirements
