Position Objective

(The purpose of role in current business/market scenario)

This entry-level role is ideal for freshers or trainees looking to start a career in sales. The candidate will support the sales team by making outbound calls, generating leads, and helping build a strong sales pipeline while learning the fundamentals of inside sales.

Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables / job expectations)

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers under guidance
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for the field sales/team
• Identify basic customer needs and capture relevant information
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM or tracking tools
• Meet daily/weekly activity targets (calls, leads, follow-ups)
• Prepare reports on calling activities and lead status

Academic qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Science.

Experience (exposure)

• Fresher
