• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of midrange systems
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and system monitoring tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a dynamic IT environment.
