The role is required to provide technical expertise to automate and simplify Operations. Role is key player in product squad. Product squad comprises of Product Owner, Product engineering and Product operations. Personal will provide assistance to Product Manager and Operations team in automating database tasks. Team follows Agile ways of working. DB follows JIRA tool to manage all tasks and deliveries. Great opportunities lies around this role in terms of automating tasks pertaining to monitoring, capacity mgt., security compliance and improving data flows. Role is expected to understand process flows and automate using tools/ softwares like Microsoft power automate.
Your key responsibilities
Collaborate with all EUC and CIO functions to deliver a product that fulfil business requirements and improve user experience across all processes i.e Packaging, Testing and Release mgt.
Follow industry standard practices to automate database tasks.
Create integrated dashboards for data monitoring and capacity
Adherence to all control and process requirements for Process control documents and SDLC processes in DB
Manage Product aligned squads as per DB Agile@Scale methodology
Stay up to date on product enhancements, competing products, and the industry as a whole
Your skills and experience
Understanding of other End User technologies, such as SCCM, Intune, Azure active directory is must
Able to interface with other infrastructure technology functions such as networks, data centre, server and database teams
Database administration experience or project execution in this domain is must
Python coding knowledge
Proven skill in delivering complex power automate EPICs.
Conduct product reviews and solve complex technical issues /obstacles with a group of SMEs
Understand platform set up, capacity planning, monitoring, and performance improvement
Experience of working in Agile environment is must
Collect feedback from end user on the services and assign it to respective products/team for improvements/suggestions if any.
