Due to our continuing expansion, we currently have an opportunity for an ApprenticeEngineer multi-disciplinary offshore executed projects from Atkinsrealis.
Working in a multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers providing a professional design service to our clients, this is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to develop their international experience with a world-renowned consultant.
You will be part of the Middle East - Land Development team carrying out the design of a range of elements associated with infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for:
Assist in the preparation of engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and technical reports for land development projects.
Support multidisciplinary coordination among Roads, Wet Utilities, Dry Utilities, Grading, and Infrastructure teams.
Develop engineering models and drawings using industry-standard software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other design tools.
Ensure designs comply with Middle East authority standards and client specifications (Dubai Municipality, RTA, ADDC, DEWA, SEWA, ADSSC, MODON, etc.).
Assist in preparing design documentation for planning, concept, preliminary, and detailed design stages.
Support project teams in delivering work within established schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
Maintain project records, design files, calculations, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Demonstrate continuous learning and professional development in engineering practices and regional standards.
Qualified Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed College/ Institute
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal skills.
Be highly self-motivated and ambitious.
Be able to work with guidance/ mentorship from Seniors.
Have the ability to adapt to different cultures and working environments to build rapport with customers.
Be able to build excellent working relationships with colleagues.
Have the experience of using written and spoken English within a business environment.
