Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support the Asia HR Service Delivery team in managing day-to-day HR operations, assisting with core HR processes and employee lifecycle activities while gaining practical experience in HR systems and Service Delivery
Your role
- Support the preparation of HR documentation (letters, contracts, manager aids, etc.), ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined standards.
- Support regional HR partners with operational matters, helping ensure continuity and consistency of service delivery.
- Produce regular and adhoc reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to support smooth and timely service delivery across processes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data accuracy while handling employee information.
- Assist in monitoring sickness and absence reports and support proactive followup and action planning.
- Manage insurance enrolments and maintain accurate and uptodate insurance data for employees.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required HR documentation and system data.
- Work closely with payroll, finance, and other support functions to enable seamless HR service delivery.
About you
- Recently completed a Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- No prior work experience required internship, apprenticeship, or academic project work in HR will be considered an advantage.
- Handson experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and operational data management.
- Development of professional communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills
- Enhanced understanding of employee lifecycle management, compliance requirements, and audit readiness.

- High level of resilience, with the ability to manage routine, timesensitive work, adapt to changing priorities, and remain effective during peak volumes or tight timelines.
- Strong willingness to learn HR processes and systems exposure to Workday and/or ServiceNow is an advantage.
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) interest in learning reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and work within defined timelines.
- A proactive and curious mindset with a serviceoriented approach.
