Job Description
Pharma plant production operations in compliance to cGMP requirements
- Recovered Imidazole stock monitoring and arranging the stock as per the requirement.
- Specific Solvents pH checking and recording in register on daily basis.
- Data collection and recording in the notes.
- Cross checking Recovered solvent and mother liquor stock availability in book stock with physical stock.
- Reporting the near miss, incidents/accidents (if happens) to the authorities concerned in time.
- To maintain GMP in process & follow in safety procedures.
- To prepare work permit to Mechanical maintenance, Electrical and Instrumentation.
- To instruct the helpers and supervise the job.
- To ensure good housekeeping in work area.
- To ensure safety in process and in work area.
- Issuing the distilled solvent in drums to other plants safely.
- Helping to the SRU Team member in the shift activities.
