Apprentice - Pilot Plant
Job Description
To undergo structured on-the-job training in pilot plant operations and gain practical exposure to cGMP, EHS, and production processes while supporting the team in routine activities.
- Learn and follow cGMP, safety, and environmental practices under supervision.
- Assist in pilot plant shift operations as per instructions from supervisors.
- Support in filling Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and equipment cleaning records.
- Observe and practice Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during operations.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the plant area with guidance from the team.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as per safety guidelines.
- Assist in ensuring availability and handling of raw materials for production.
- Support documentation activities such as issue and dispensing registers.
- Learn to execute processes as per BMR without deviation.
- Understand and follow data integrity practices in documentation.
- Gain awareness of safe handling of hazardous operations.
