Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for employees requiring technical assistance, delivering professional and timely support.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, end-user devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and collaboration tools.
Provide first-level support for network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN), printing, and peripheral devices.
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software in accordance with IT policies.
Monitor and manage support requests through the ticketing system, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex incidents.
Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and asset management.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise environments.
Required Skills & Attributes
Fundamental knowledge of Windows OS, hardware components, and networking basics (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
Awareness of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-first approach.
High adaptability, eagerness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
