How will you make an impact in this role

  • Ensure KYC Information is validated and submitted to RBI in accordance with RBI regulations/guidelines and in partnership with the AEBC Compliance team.
  • Meet and endeavor to exceed metrics on transactional quality, compliance regulations and productivity as per goals.
  • Analyze risk on customer and legal entity accounts, making sound decisions to ensure the compliance of terms and conditions.
  • Deliver on metrices defined by the process.
  • Adhere to the deliverable timelines to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Relevant system updates basis the KYC information received from Card Members and Legal entities.
  • End to End review of account specific KYC journey for appropriate actioning.
  • Reviewing Card Members and entity documents, identifying gaps in the documents.
  • Complete all transactions agreed with the customer and adhere to all timelines/deadlines.
  • Outbound Calls to follow up with Card Member's/Legal entities for KYC Completion.
  • Inbound Voice Servicing to assist Card Member's/Legal entities with KYC inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Not more than 5 years of difference between highest education degree completion date and Joining date
  • Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment & converse fluently with card members/clients

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexible to work anytime between 8:00 AM till 9:00 PM, including weekends (Subject to change as per the business requirements)
  • Hybrid Environment- on site expectation 3 days/week.
  • Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Shift flexibility requirements.
